Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Deposit:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all cleaning appointments.
• This deposit is only refundable if 7 Kay Cleaning cancels the appointment.
• No refunds will be issued for customer-initiated cancellations or rescheduling.

After Cleaning Completion:

• Refunds are not offered once the cleaning service is completed.
• If any areas are missed or do not meet expectations, we offer a reclean of those specific areas.
• Reclean requests must be made within 24 hours of the original cleaning service.
