WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING CLIENTS IN SEATTLE , WA

 No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have a way to enter. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key. If you are home, we will gladly work around you . We do prefer the home to be vacant during any type of deep cleanings to allow our cleaners to effectively clean all areas.

No. We do not require any of our clients to sign a contract. You may cancel your services at any time without penalty.

We provide a booking confirmation that states the deposit is nonrefundable. We also do a walkthrough before payment is taken at every cleaning. Your confirmation of the walkthrough and prompt payment afterward serve as a form of acknowledgment that the cleaning was good. We only offer recleans after this point. No Refunds.

7 Kay Cleaning uses friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, and your pets. We also use professional-grade equipment to ensure the best results.

Eco Friendly products are available upon request ONLY. 

 When you make a booking, we hold your appointment in the cleaners' calendar and we deny other customers from booking at those times, therefore cancellations can affect a cleaners' schedule. To reduce this,  we do require a card on file for bookings.

$50 deposit fee is charged to secure your booking for all customers. If you cancel, the deposit is nonrefundable .
